We are pleased to welcome locally admired winemakers Pete and Katie Beaumont to the Crescent Ridge family through collaboration on the new Beaumont Cellars Tasting Room + Bistro.

Now open at the entrance to The Vineyard neighborhood, this family friendly community amenity has become Crescent Bar’s newest gathering spot with a range of indoor and outdoor seating, a diverse food and beverage menu, wine tasting bar and a full-service private events pavilion to host engagements of all types.

With wine at their core, Beaumont Cellars makes tasting and collecting their many award-winning wines even easier for residents and guests in Crescent Bar. Fancying something other than locally-produced whites and reds? Pete and his team also features craft beer, cider and alcohol-free favorites from an incredible set of Central Washington producers.

Crescent Ridge is excited to share the creativity, camaraderie and personality of Pete and the entire Beaumont team with our community.

    Putting their first mark on Crescent Bar is Beaumont Cellars’ chef partner Richard Kitos. With a rich background in Central Washington and experience leading the popular Crushpad Dinner Series at Beaumont’s Quincy homestead, Kitos features a new menu of tapas-style bites to the range of wines and craft beverages offered.

    The highlight of Beaumont’s offering are fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Their team is creatively crafting a variety of enticing, seasonal bites sure to pair wonderfully with the sights and sounds of this one-of-a-kind Columbia River setting.

  • Expansive Wine + Craft Beverage Menu

    The signature to any tasting room are an assortment of captivating handcrafted wines. No doubt, Beaumont has had this part covered for a better part of three decades. Guests can sample and purchase the complete collection of Beaumont Cellars wine.

    For those in the mood for something different, the Tasting Room and Bistro proudly features an assortment of carefully selected beer, cider and non-alcoholic beverages crafted right here in Central Washington. With so many amazing producers in our backyard, we hope this range pleases all palates and hits the spot after an adventurous day in the sun.

  • Live Entertainment

    For years, Beaumont Cellars has welcomed guests across Central Washington to their homestead and tasting room in Quincy for a variety of events. Their Crushpad Concert and Dinner series is a favorite among Crescent Bar loyalists.

    To accommodate the growing appeal, Beaumont and Crescent Ridge worked together to design a brand new amphitheater and expansive terraced lawn seating just outside the Tasting Room and Bistro.

    We recently announced the artist lineup for our 2025 summer concert series, “Sips and Sounds”.

  • Private Events Facilities

    Our setting overlooks the revered Columbia River and rests against 500 feet of dramatic basalt cliffs. This backdrop inspired us to create a brand new events space to accommodate groups of all sizes for private celebrations of all kinds. Guests have access to open air spaces set within the vineyard as well as a covered events pavilion that offers the ultimate flexibility for all types of events.

    Event hosts benefit from the catering of Beaumont Cellars Tasting Room and Bistro, ensuring great food and drinks complement the incredible setting for your guests.

  • Working Vineyard

    The new Tasting Room + Bistro is the gateway into The Vineyard neighborhood at Crescent Ridge. Pete Beaumont and our landscape design team collaborated to plant rows of grapes capable of producing wine from our distinct setting beside the river. Managed by Beaumont Cellars, we look forward to watching how the unique attributes of our microclimate influence the fruit over the next few years when the vines mature.

    Varietals planted on site are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah

A BIT ABOUT BEAUMONT CELLARS

From orchards to wine grapes — Farming seems to have always been in Pete’s blood, first as a teenager in California, and then later in the orchards of Eastern Washington, where he moved to in 1988 and later met his future wife, Katie, who originally hails from Royal City.

“My Dad had the idea that he would put me to work out in the field and (then) I’d be glad to go back to school in the fall,” Pete recalls. “But I went out in the field and loved it. I said, ‘This is for me.’”

“I started looking at (grapes) as just another crop to make us a little more diversified,” says Pete. “Years of farming apples gets a little routine, so I decided to spice things up with something new.”

And what about winemaking? “Well, I guess I had winemaking in the back of my mind, too,” Pete says with a grin…
